Product Overview

PDLLA+HA composite system is composed of amorphous PDLLA (Poly-DL-Lactide) microspheres compounded with high-purity hyaluronic acid gel. It combines the mild regenerative property of PDLLA and the instant moisturizing & supporting advantages of hyaluronic acid. Featuring moderate degradation rate and smooth, soft texture, the formula avoids the dryness issue of single microsphere powder.

It serves as a classic composite substrate for improving mid-face soft tissue volume loss, soft tissue depression and rough dry skin, mainly applied in the formula development of compound minimally invasive aesthetic repair and anti-aging finished products.

Adjustable particle size: Built-in PDLLA microspheres support full specification customization from 10–100 μm; 20–50 μm is the universal size suitable for multi-layer soft tissue repair formulas.

Adjustable degradation cycle: The degradation rate is controlled via amorphous molecular structure of PDLLA to achieve medium-speed sustained release, balancing instant plumping effect and long-term collagen stimulation.

Adjustable compound ratio: The proportion of PDLLA microspheres and hyaluronic acid can be customized on demand. The system is also compatible with additional active raw materials such as recombinant collagen and PDRN to enrich finished product portfolios.

Mechanism of Action

Within the composite system, hyaluronic acid gel quickly fills gaps in soft tissues, instantly relieves dryness and fine lines, and delivers smooth application experience. Amorphous PDLLA microspheres undergo slow and steady hydrolysis with mild metabolic process and low irritation, unlikely to trigger severe inflammatory response. The microspheres continuously and gently activate fibroblasts and induce balanced autologous collagen regeneration.
