Product Introduction
Calcium Hydroxyapatite (CaHA) is a medical-grade inorganic regenerative raw material featuring biomimetic homology, high rigidity and strong bone contour shaping capacity. Its crystal mineral structure is highly consistent with inorganic components of human bones and hard connective tissues, delivering outstanding biocompatibility and tissue integration performance.
As a classic regenerative substrate verified by decades of global clinical practice, CaHA differs from flexible polyester regenerative materials (PLA & PCL series) with ultra-high structural rigidity, strong three-dimensional supporting force, high shaping hardness and long-term contour stability.
The material features zero immunogenicity and no rejection risk, realizing physical rigid contour filling and endogenous collagen regeneration simultaneously. It serves as a core compliant raw material for bone contour reconstruction, deep soft tissue bearing reinforcement and long-term tissue repair, widely applied in high-end bone anti-aging medical devices, medical hard tissue repair and biomimetic bone contour filling formula development. It can be compounded with hyaluronic acid and bioactive proteins to form a composite system of rigid supporting microspheres + active matrix, supporting the project initiation and mass production of bone shaping medical devices.
Mechanism of Action
After implantation into soft tissue, high-purity biomimetic CaHA microspheres form uniform and stable three-dimensional mechanical support instantly, precisely filling tissue defects and lifting collapsed bone contours. The unique porous structure acts as a natural scaffold for cell adhesion, proliferation and growth, continuously activating fibroblast activity to induce ordered regeneration of autologous Type I/Type III collagen and elastic fibers, reconstructing the complete dermal fiber network.
CaHA degrades mildly and steadily in vivo, gradually replaced by autologous new tissues without irritating degradation by-products, resulting in extremely low inflammatory reaction rate. It delivers three-stage effects: immediate rigid bone contour shaping, medium-term collagen thickening & tightening repair, and long-term contour fixation & stabilization. It effectively improves flat bone contour, deep volume loss, stubborn static wrinkles, soft tissue sagging and other aging defects, creating sharp and three-dimensional shaping effect naturally matching native bone texture without stiff or fluffy filler appearance.
Core Product Advantages
Biomimetic Homologous Composition, Zero Rejection & High Safety
Consistent chemical composition with human hard bone tissue, non-toxic, non-sensitizing and free from immune rejection. Compatible with all soft tissue and bone contour areas, with safety verified by massive long-term clinical data.
Ultra-High Rigidity Support for Superior Bone Contour Sculpting
Surpassing PLA and PCL flexible microspheres in structural hardness and anti-deformation capacity, it specially repairs bone contour defects and deep tissue depressions to create well-defined native bone contour with firm and premium shaping texture, avoiding soft and sagging filler effect.
Dual Effect: Immediate Shaping + Long-Term Collagen Regeneration
Making up for the slow onset of pure degradable regenerative materials. It achieves volume replenishment and contour fixation right after implantation, followed by sustained collagen hyperplasia, dermal thickening and sagging tightening, realizing immediate contour refinement and long-term endogenous anti-aging repair at the same time.
Customizable Parameters for Diversified Formula Development
Customizable microsphere particle size, surface pore structure, powder purity and compounding ratio. Available for independent formulation or compounding with hyaluronic acid, biological polysaccharides and other substrates to support downstream product lines for contour shaping, anti-aging and wound repair.
Implant-Grade Quality Control for Smooth Medical Device Registration
Produced via high-purity biomimetic mineralization process with ultra-low impurities, high batch consistency in powder uniformity and performance. The whole production complies with control standards for implantable medical raw materials, with all indicators meeting access requirements for Class II & Class III medical device raw materials, ensuring full commercial compliance and stable batch performance.
